I bring more than a decade of leadership across enterprise operations, organizational transformation, fiscal governance, and executive strategy. I am at my best where strategy meets the operating reality of a large, spread-out organization.
What I have done
I have been responsible for a $90M+ operational footprint and led 200 to 300 people across an eight-state matrix. I have consulted on organizational restructuring, enterprise priorities, governance, and future-state strategy, and I have advised alongside executive and C-suite leaders. My toolkit includes multi-state fiscal stewardship, visual data architecture, project management and Lean Six Sigma principles.

I know what it takes to keep a 300+ location national network consistent, and I know what it looks like when a site is struggling.

I have led hands-on turnarounds for high-risk and underperforming sites, and overseen a portfolio of 26+ programs and projects across multiple leads and sponsors. I have designed the deployment playbooks, coaching protocols, and leadership development programs that let good work repeat at scale, and I have mentored senior and executive leaders across the United States, China, Germany, and Australia. I also created R.E.S.™, a proprietary 12-archetype behavioral framework built from years of developing leaders, stabilizing teams, and navigating organizational dynamics.
